Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange on eligible items, provided they are unworn and returned in the condition they were received within 10 days from the fulfillment date. Non-eligible items include custom-made orders, sale items, and specific collections, which are marked accordingly.

Processing & Shipping
Each item has a unique processing time, which is noted in the product listing. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international orders. If the item is not collected or duties remain unpaid, the package will be returned to us, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
